At Namh Vastuu Shop, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products reach you safely and in good condition. We currently ship across India.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping across Pan India, subject to serviceability by our courier partners.

International shipping may be available for selected locations. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm shipping availability and charges.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 3:30 PM on a working day are generally dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM, on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout.

Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are different. Dispatch means your order has been handed over to the courier, while delivery depends on the courier service and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Most domestic orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Your delivery location
• Courier serviceability
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Festive or peak-season delays
• Operational or logistical issues beyond our control

Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available across India on eligible orders.

If any additional shipping charges apply to a specific product, location, or order, the applicable amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact details provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment directly with the courier partner.

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

6. Delayed or Stuck Shipments

Courier delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we will help you check the latest shipment status.

Namh Vastuu Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

• Name
• Complete delivery address
• PIN code
• Mobile number
• Email address

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, or repeated delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

Please inspect your package when you receive it.

If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or significantly crushed, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or defective products, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the applicable procedure and requirements.

An unboxing video is required for claims related to products damaged during transit.

9. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered shipment to the sender.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package and that your phone number remains reachable during the delivery period.

10. International Orders

For international orders, delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
